YOUR TASKS:
– Performing a role of an interface between internal requesters and software developers: managing and tracking change requests, discussing feasibility and effort estimation
– Integration testing and coordinating end user tests
– Presenting solutions to the requesters, preparing training materials and release notes
– Providing 2nd level support for end users
– Acting as a focal point of information concerning our self-developed application(s)
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– Very good English is a must: excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
– Experience in adapting functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions
– Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders
– Technical customer support or product ownership experience
– Knowledge of a programming language and wireframing tools (Balsamiq) as an asset
