1st line support with German

The person hired for the position will be responsible for:
1st line support and advisory of international customers
The receipt of issues reported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or more information systems
The coordination of rapid and appropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring progress
Keeping users appraised of progres

Requirements:
Fluent German (min.C1) English (min. B2)
Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office
Interest in IT and willingness to learn
Teamwork skills
Responsibility
Communicativeness
The accuracy and commitment to work
The ability to act swiftly and make decisions
Good organization of work
TOEIC certification would be a plus
Ability to work in shifts
