Job Description

•Managing file shares in the Customer’s work environment and making them available to the end user over the network
•Managing printer queues and support of printing in the Customer’s work environment.
•Solving file and print related issues.
•Maintaining knowledge and sharing experience with other engineers.

Job Requirements

• IT degree or experience in IT.
•Experience in Active Directory and/or File and Print services.
•Knowledge in the following fields:
• Microsoft Windows Server (2008/2012/2016)
•Active Directory
•DFS (DFSN, DFSR)
•Ability to support multiple business needs at once.
•Proactive approach to work, requiring minimal supervision.
•Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix file and print related issues.
•Ability to work efficiently under stress and pressure.
•High self-development motivation.
•Excellent teamworking skills.
•Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
•English at least B2, German is a plus
•Windows Powershell scripting skills is a plus.
