Mission:

The person hired on this position will be in charge of defining the overall strategy of the company for IT topics, and responsible of the performance of the department.

Tasks:

• Defining the overall company strategy for IT area
• Validating architecture of games and applications
• Working on estimates for projects
• Improving development processes
• Training developers
• Helping in recruitment processes
• Participating in technical and non-technical meetings with clients

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in Software Development
• Experience in Managing 10+ members teams
• At least 2 years of experience in designing and making architecture of application
• Strong Knowledge in game development, preferably in Unity 3D and/or in C++ with OpenGL ES
• Experience with server/backend applications would be considered as an advantage
• Experience with HTML5 (Canvas/webGL) would be considered as an advantage
• Advance level of English
• A fast learning curve of new technologies
• An experience on similar position would be considered as an advantage
